My wife & I went down to have a go at the range with CVRC. As complete novices, we were unsure what to expect. The day was fantastic! The crew at CVRC were welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a blast and learnt so much. We became members and get down when we can. Certainly recommend CVRC!!

As a new member of the Central Victorian Rifle Club (CVRC) and also new to long range sport shooting. I definitely landed in the right place. I was warmly welcomed into a great friendly atmosphere where everyone is incredibly helpful to ensure everyone is enjoying the sport as well as achieving goals through participation. My subsequent visits enabled me to see that the club places a strong emphasis on safety, discipline, and responsible firearm ownership and handling. There is a great depth of knowledge and undeniable expertise with CVRC with many members regularly attending competitions both locally and nationally. They bring this wealth of experience back and impart this into new members to rapidly progress their skill set and education. Whether it is competition, hunting, or recreational. There is a place for everyone at CVRC to hone their skills and competency. The range facilities are well maintained, and the onsite supplies shop is fantastic. I appreciate the club’s structured approach to training, adherence to rules, and commitment to fostering skill development at all levels. I am pleased to be a member of the club and look forward to developing my long-range shooting skills while contributing positively to the club and the wider shooting community.
